Hats off to you Jeff Dion.This menu basically does exactly what it says. It floats with you as you scroll. This is a neat menu. It is nothing too special, but its a nice feature you can add to spice up your website, especially with long pages.

For all of us who deal with long web pages and need to scroll to the top for the menu, here's a nice alternative: floating menus that move as you scroll a page. This is done using HTML, CSS and jQuery, and it's fully W3C-compliant.
