The more common type of web design. I prefer to start every project in Photoshop and usually convert it to HTML then. From there you can either keep it or you can convert it into a lovely piece of content management. This website here is done in Joomla. I have done Wordpress and Mambo as well. So far I would say Mambo and Joomla have been easier, but that is a little off topic.
