Well we might as well start off with what CSS is. CSS is the language that modifies the way html looks. It is used to help organize and provide an over all look for your website. You could call CSS the cookie cutter for every webpage you make. Do not worry, CSS can be overridden from inside the html file.

I would write a tutorial for CSS, but there is not a real strong point to doing it. It has been done a million times, okay maybe not a million, but a few thousand at least.
